I've got a couple of excuses for being out of touch recently. First, this new house thing is taking a bunch of time. We're remodeling the kitchen and two bathrooms, installing a window on a living room wall, painting the entire interior and exterior, and doing some minor roof work. All of this we're doing in the span of 4 weeks. Yes, you read correctly, 4 weeks. Pretty good excuse for not blogging right?
Well, the other excuse has to do with a sinus infection I appear to have developed sometime during my recent cold. The doctor's put me on an antibiotic called Biaxin. I'm not a big fan of antibiotics but I'm an even lesser fan of multi-colored mucus. So Biaxin it is. Not knowing the side effects of this Biaxin, and wanting to know if my recent blah demeanor was attributable to it, I wished for access to MEDLINE which I used a bunch in college and grad school. Well, I found it and lots of other great health resources here: U.S. National Library of Medicine. OK enough babbling for now...I'll try to be better about staying in touch.
